预制装配式拱涵搭接强度与结构稳定性分析

摘要 为了分析确定预制装配式拱涵的结构稳定性和搭接强度,采用ABAQUS软件进行有限元模拟分析。结合施工案例,根据加载方式、拱涵各构件之间的搭接情况建立模型,从设置凹槽和不设凹槽两个方向开展分析。在不设凹槽的情况下,涵台水平位移和搭接强度均满足设计要求。在设置凹槽的情况下,涵台水平位移更小、搭接强度与不设凹槽时接近,说明装配式拱涵的结构稳定,搭接强度满足设计要求。 In order to analyze and determine the structural stability and lap strength of prefabricated arch culverts,ABAQUS software is used for finite element simulation analysis.Combined with the construction case,the model was established according to the loading method and the overlap between the various components of the arch culvert,and the analysis was carried out from the two directions of setting grooves and not setting grooves.Without grooves,the horizontal displacement and lap strength of the culvert platform meet the design requirements.In the case of setting grooves,the horizontal displacement of the culvert platform is smaller,and the lap strength is close to that without grooves,indicating that the structure of the fabricated arch culvert is stable and the lap strength meets the design requirements.
