泰地罗新注射液对靶动物猪的安全性试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究旨在评价泰地罗新注射液对靶动物猪临床用药的安全性。试验选择32头3~4月龄健康猪,随机分为4组,每组8头。各组试验猪分别按0、1倍推荐剂量(4.0 mg/kg BW)、3倍推荐剂量(12.0 mg/kg BW)和5倍推荐剂量(20.0 mg/kg BW)肌内注射泰地罗新注射液,每日1次,连续给药3 d,对各组试验猪进行定期临床观察及各项指标检查。结果显示,各试验组猪的临床症状未见异常,各组血液生理指标、血清生化指标差异均不显著(P>0.05);5倍推荐剂量组的脏器系数与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,泰地罗新注射液对靶动物猪无毒副作用,临床按推荐剂量给药是安全的。 The purpose of the study was to evaluate the safety of tildipirosin injection for clinical use of target animals in pigs.32 healthy pigs aged 3~4 months were selected in the experiment and randomly divided into four groups with eight pigs in each group.The test pigs in each group were injected intramuscularly with 0,recommended dosage(4.0 mg/kg BW),three times of recommended dosage(12.0 mg/kg BW)and five times of recommended dosage(20.0 mg/kg BW)once daily.Tildipirosin injection was consecutively administered for 3 d.Periodic clinical observation and inspection of various indicators were performed on each group of test pigs.The results showed that the clinical symptoms of pigs in each test group were normal.There was no significant difference in blood physiological indexes and serum biochemical indexes among the groups(P>0.05).The organ coefficient of the five times recommended dose group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05).The study indicates that tildipirosin injection has no toxic and side effects on target animals pigs,and it is safe to be administered at the recommended dose in clinical practice.
