摘要
对辽河油田某联合站原油进行室内电脱水试验,并采用响应曲面法优化工艺参数。基于Box-Benhnken design(BBD)试验设计理论,进行了3因素3水平的响应曲面分析试验,建立电场强度、温度、脱水时间及三者之间交互作用对原油含水率影响的多元二次回归模型。结果表明:以电脱水后的原油含水率最低为目标响应时,最佳工艺参数如下:电场强度1719.25 V·cm^(-1),温度60.94℃,脱水时间45.56min,与验证试验结果高度拟合,表明模型准确,优化结果可信。该方法为进一步优化油田电脱水工艺参数调整提供科学稳定的依据。
Make experiments on electric dehydration with crude oil of Liaohe oilfields station,and process parameters were optimized by response surface analysis.Based on Box-Benhnken design(BBD)experimental design theory,the experiments of three factors and three levels were conducted,built the multivariate quadratic regression models with electric field strength,temperature,dewatering time and their interactions on water content ratio of crude oil.The results show that the optimum technological parameters to obtain the minimum water content ratio of crude oil is optimized as follows:1719.25 V·cm^(-1) for electric field strength,temperature of 70℃,45.56min for dewatering time,which was in good agreement with the experimental tests result,which indicates the optimization results can be trusted.The method proposed in this study provided a scientific and stable base for further optimizing parameters adjustment of electric dehydration in oil field.
