长输天然气管道项目核准是工程建设的第一步,也是关键一步,由于涉及部门多、协调范围广,目前核准工作还存在很多问题,针对这些问题,首先梳理了核准工作流程,其次从协调难度、地方政府诉求、机构改革等多个角度进行分析,提出提高专业素养、完善核准机制、进行分段核准等建议,对目前长输天然气管道项目的核准工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
