中西医保留灌肠治疗旷置性肠炎的临床研究

Clinical study on retention enema of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine in treatment of disuse enteritis

目的:探究中西医保留灌肠在治疗旷置性肠炎中的应用价值。方法:根据样本量的估算方法,将2019年12月至2020年12月在本院治疗符合纳入/排除标准的患者80例为研究对象,按数字随机表法随机分为复方白头翁汤组(40例)和谷氨酰胺组(40例),采用组间平行对照及组内自身前后对照。观察组织病理学改变、治疗前后改良Mayo评分变化、中医症候积分改善、免疫组化指标白介素-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α,评价中西医保留灌肠的临床治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前后各项指标改善明显(P<0.05),复方白头翁汤组明显优于谷氨酰胺灌肠组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:中西医保留灌肠在旷置性肠炎治疗中具有显著疗效,而其中复方白头翁汤灌肠治疗效果更加突出。

Objective:To explore the application value of traditional Chinese and western medicine retention enema in the treatment of disuse enteritis.Methods:According to the estimation method of sample size and the actual situation of diagnosis and treatment of patients with low rectal cancer in hospital,80 patients in hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of digital random table,traditional Chinese medicine enema group and glutamine enema group.Parallel control between groups and self-control within groups were used.The histopathological changes,the changes of modified Mayo clinic score before and after treatment,the improvement of TCM symptom score,immunohistochemical indexes IL-10 and TNF-αwere observed to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of TCM retention enema.Results:All indexes of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),between which the traditional Chinese medicine enema group was significantly better than the glutamine enema group(P<0.05).Conclusions:These results suggest that retention enema has a significant effect in the treatment of disuse enteritis,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema(hospital preparation compound Baitouweng decoction enema)is more prominent.
