摘要
采用混合溶剂浸提法提取留兰香油,采用GC-MS双通道对留兰香油进行成分分析,建立了一种留兰香油的提取及成分分析方法。通道1的检测器为EI,定性分析方法为谱库检索法;通道2的检测器为FID,定量分析方法为峰面积归一化法。采用GC-MS双通道分析留兰香油,对检测出的留兰香油中的22种组分同时进行了定性和定量分析。结果表明,方法简便、可行,留兰香油提取的产率为18.4%。
Spearmint oil was extracted by mixed solvent extraction.A quantitative and qualitative method was established for the analysis of spearmint oil by dual-channel GC-MS.The detector in 1 is EI,the qualitative method is spectral library retrieval method,the detector in channel 2 is FID,and the quantitative analysis is peak area normalization method.The method was used to analysis 22 components of spearmint oil qualitative and quantitative simultaneously.The results show that the method is simple and feasible.The extraction yield of spearmint oil is 18.4%.
