不同形貌ZnO的制备及其气敏性能研究

摘要 采用水热法通过控制反应的温度、时间、溶剂及表面活性剂等制备了四种不同形貌的纤锌矿ZnO材料。将合成的材料制备成半导体气敏元件,并对其气敏性能进行研究。结果表明:四种不同形貌ZnO材料的气敏性能有较大的差异。其中ZnO(c)小颗粒的气敏性能要高于其他三种形貌,对50 ppm乙醇及丙酮的灵敏度较高,响应值分别为14.1和9,是其他形貌ZnO灵敏度的2倍以上。ZnO(c)颗粒相较于ZnO(a)微米花具有较长的响应和恢复时间。ZnO(a,c)对乙醇及丙酮均具有较好的长期稳定性,63天后的灵敏度值基本不变。 ZnO gas sensing materials were synthesized by hydrothermal method.Four wurtzite structure ZnO materials with different morphologies were prepared by controlling the reaction temperature,time,solvent and surface-active agent,etc.The synthesized materials were prepared into semiconductor gas sensor,and their gas sensing properties were studied.The gas sensing results showed that:gas sensing properties of four ZnO materials with different morphologies are quite different.The gas sensitivity of ZnO(c)particles is higher than that of the other three morphologies,and the sensitivity to 50 ppm ethanol(14.1)and acetone(9)are more than twice that of ZnO with other morphologies.Compared with ZnO(a),ZnO(c)particles have longer response and recovery time to 50 ppm ethanol and acetone.Both ZnO(a)and ZnO(c)have good long-term stability to ethanol and acetone,and the sensitivity value remains basically unchanged after 63 days of testing.
