腔内影像学在冠状动脉支架内再狭窄诊治应用中的研究进展

Application of Intravascular Imaging in Diagnosis and Treatment of Coronary In-Stent Restenosis

经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后支架内再狭窄是目前亟待解决的难题。仅依靠冠状动脉造影诊治支架内再狭窄的效果不尽人意。腔内影像学可更为细致地观察冠状动脉内支架及斑块结构特点,不仅可探究支架内再狭窄的病因,还可精准地指导手术,降低主要心血管不良事件风险。现对目前腔内影像学在支架内再狭窄中的诊治应用做一综述。

In-stent restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention remains a challenging problem,and coronary angiography could not solve the in-stent restenosis well.The emergence of intracavitary imaging technology can observe the characteristics of plaque structure in more detail.It can not only explore the cause of in-stent restenosis,but also guide percutaneous coronary intervention to reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events.In this review,we will discuss the current application of intravascular imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of in-stent restenosis.
