心力衰竭是21世纪最重要的心血管疾病之一,给社会带来极大的卫生和经济负担,心肺运动试验期间分钟通气量(VE)和二氧化碳生成量(VCO_(2))的关系对于心力衰竭患者具有非常重要的意义。此综述详细介绍了VE和VCO_(2)关系,并进一步阐述VE/VCO_(2)斜率在不同类型心力衰竭、不同人群中发挥的疾病评估、预后评价方面的作用及其进展,以及其对心力衰竭不同干预方法的反应,以期对心力衰竭患者的后续管理和相关科学研究提供借鉴。

Heart failure(HF)is one of the most important cardiovascular diseases in the 21st century,which brings great health and economic burden to the society.The relationship between minute ventilation(VE)and volume of carbon dioxide(VCO_(2))during cardiopulmonary exercise test is of great significance to patients with HF.This study introduces the relationship between VE and VCO_(2) in detail,and further expounds the role and progress of VE/VCO_(2) slope in disease severity and prognosis evaluation in different types of HF and different populations,as well as the responses to different intervention methods of HF,in order to provide references for the follow-up management of patients with HF and relevant scientific research.
