Correlations among sLOX-1,activin A and S100β protein levels with disease severity in infants with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

摘要 目的:分析可溶性凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(sLOX-1)、激活素A(ACTA)和S100β蛋白水平与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿病情严重程度的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2013年4月至2019年8月该院收治的48例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的临床资料,设为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病组,另选取同期该院48名健康新生儿为对照组。比较两组血清sLOX-1、ACTA和S100β蛋白水平,以及不同严重程度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿血清sLOX-1、ACTA和S100β蛋白水平;采用Pearson相关性分析法分析sLOX-1、ACTA和S100β蛋白水平与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病严重程度的相关性。结果:新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病组血清sLOX-1、ACTA和S100β蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿血清sLOX-1、ACTA和S100β蛋白水平高于中度、轻度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,且中度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿高于轻度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清sLOX-1、ACTA和S100β蛋白水平与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿病情严重程度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清sLOX-1、ACTA和S100β蛋白水平与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿病情严重程度呈正相关。 Objective:To investigate correlations among soluble hemagglutinin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1(sLOX-1),activin A(ACTA)and S100β protein levels with the severity of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in children.Methods:48 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were selected as the research objects and set as neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy group,and 48 healthy neonates in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum sLOX-1,ACTA and S100βprotein levels were compared between the two groups,and the sLOX-1,ACTA and S100β protein levels in the children with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy of different severity were also compared.Further,Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlations among the sLOX-1,ACTA and S100β protein levels with the severity of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Results:The serum sLOX-1,ACTA and S100β protein levels in the neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sLOX-1,ACTA and S100βprotein levels in the children with severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were higher than those in children with moderate and mild neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy;those with moderate neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were higher than those with mild neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum sLOX-1,ACTA and S100βprotein levels were positively correlated with the severity of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum sLOX-1,ACTA and S100βprotein levels are positively correlated with the severity of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
