注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球联合腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿伴不孕症患者的效果

Effects of Leprorelin microspheres combined with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in treatment of ovarian cysts with infertility

目的:观察注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球联合腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿伴不孕症患者的效果。方法:选取80例卵巢囊肿伴不孕症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,观察组在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术后加用注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗。随访1年,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血清性激素指标[孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]水平,妊娠率,以及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组P、E_(2)水平均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,两组LH、FSH水平均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妊娠率为40.00%(16/40),高于对照组的15.00%(6/40),复发率为2.50%(1/40),低于对照组的20.00%(8/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球联合腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿患者可提高治疗总有效率和妊娠率,改善血清性激素指标水平,降低复发率,效果优于单纯腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Leprorelin microspheres combined with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts with infertility.Methods:80 patients with ovarian cysts and infertility were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,while the observation group was treated with Leprorelin microspheres after laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.The patients were followed up for 1 year.The clinical effects,the serum sex hormone index levels[progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH),folliclestimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))],the pregnancy rate,the recurrence rate,were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than the control group of 77.50%(31/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the surgery,the levels of P and E_(2) in the two groups were lower than those before the surgery,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the levels of LH and FSH in the two groups were higher than those before the surgery,and those of the was higher than and those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the pregnancy rate in the observation group was 40.00%(16/40),which was higher than 15.00%(6/40)in the control group;the recurrence rate was 2.50%(1/40),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40)in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Leprorelin microspheres combined with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of the patients with ovarian cysts and infertility can improve the total effective rate and the pregnancy rate,improve the serum sex hormone levels,and reduce the recurrence rate.Moreover,it is superior to single laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.
