地佐辛联合依托咪酯-丙泊酚混合液麻醉在高龄无痛胃镜检查术中的应用效果

Application effects of Dezocine combined with Etomidate-Propofol mixture anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy

目的:观察地佐辛联合依托咪酯-丙泊酚混合液(EP混合液)麻醉在高龄无痛胃镜检查术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年6月于该院行无痛胃镜检查术的60例高龄患者临床资料,依照麻醉方式不同分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉,观察组采用地佐辛联合EP混合液麻醉。比较两组不同时间点[麻醉前(T_(0))、麻醉后(T_(1))、胃镜置入1 min后(T_(2))、检查结束时(T_(3))、苏醒时(T_(4))]生命体征指标[平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))]水平,麻醉诱导时间,胃镜检查时间,苏醒时间及不良反应发生率。结果:T_(0)、T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)时,两组MAP、HR、SpO_(2)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组麻醉诱导时间、胃镜检查时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组苏醒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%(1/30),低于对照组的30.00%(9/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛联合EP混合液麻醉与地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉对高龄无痛胃镜检查患者的镇静效果相当,麻醉诱导时间和胃镜检查时间接近,但地佐辛联合EP混合液麻醉可缩短苏醒时间,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To observe application effects of Dezocine combined with Etomidate-Propofol(EP)mixture anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.Methods:The clinical data of 60 elderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different anesthesia methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each.The control group was anesthetized with Dezocine combined with Propofol,while the observation group was anesthetized with Dezocine combined with EP mixture.The vital signs indicator levels[mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))]at different time points[before anesthesia(T_(0)),after anesthesia(T_(1)),1 min after the start of gastroscopy(T_(2)),at the end of the examination(T_(3)),at the time of awakening(T_(4))],the anesthesia induction time,the gastroscopy time,the recovery time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:At T_(0),T_(1),T_(2),T_(3) and T_(4),there were no significant differences in the levels of MAP,HR and SpO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the anesthesia induction time and the gastroscopy time between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%(1/30),which was lower than 30.00%(9/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The effects of Dezocine combined with EP mixture anesthesia and Dezocine combined with Propofol anesthesia on the intraoperative vital signs,the anesthesia induction time and the gastroscopy time are similar.However,Dezocine combined with EP mixed solution anesthesia can shorten the recovery time and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
