自拟益气化瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤气虚血瘀证患者的效果

Effects of self-made Yiqi Huayu decoction combined with Mifepristone in treatment of uterine fibroids patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

目的:观察自拟益气化瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤气虚血瘀证患者的效果。方法:选取100例子宫肌瘤气虚血瘀证患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各50例。对照组采用米非司酮口服治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合自拟益气化瘀汤治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、子宫肌瘤体积、性激素指标[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肌瘤体积均小于治疗前,且研究组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组FSH、LH水平均低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现不良反应。结论:自拟益气化瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤气虚血瘀证患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善性激素指标水平,降低中医证候积分,以及缩小肌瘤体积,效果优于单纯米非司酮治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of self-made Yiqi Huayu decoction combined with Mifepristone in treatment of uterine fibroids patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:100 patients with uterine fibroids and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each.The control group was treated with oral Mifepristone,while the study group was treated with self-made Yiqi Huayu decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The curative effects,the TCM syndrome score,the volume of uterine fibroids,the sex hormone levels[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 92.00%,which was higher than 74.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;that of the study group was lower than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the volume of fibroids in the two groups was lower than those before the treatment;that of the study group was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group;the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions:Self-made Yiqi Huayu decoction combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of the uterine fibroids patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of sex hormones,and reduce the TCM syndrome score and the fibroids volume.Moreover,it is superior to single Mifepristone treatment.
