摘要
本文以黄河上游兰西城市群为研究区,运用洛伦茨曲线、基尼系数和偏移份额模型等方法揭示了2013—2018年城市用地结构变化特征,为城市群城市土地资源合理配置提供依据。结果表明:①兰西城市群城市用地总面积增加了166.07 km^(2),且各类城市用地面积均呈增长态势,各城市间绿地与广场用地差异在缩小,商业服务业设施用地差异在增加。②各地级市城市用地结构偏移量变化特征较为一致,增长性用地为商业服务业设施用地、道路交通设施用地、公用设施用地、绿地与广场用地;衰减性用地为居住用地、公共管理与公共服务用地、工业用地、物流仓储用地。③总体上,城市用地面积变化与地区生产总值变化趋势较为一致,但与城市人口之间存在不协调现象,城市用地结构有待进一步优化。
This paper uses the Lanxi urban agglomeration in the upper reaches of the Yellow River as the research area,using methods such as Lorentz curve,Gini coeffi cient and off set share model to reveal the characteristics of urban land structure changes from 2013 to 2018,and clarify its optimization and adjustment direction,with a view to providing a basis for rational allocation of urban land resources in urban agglomeration.The result shows:①The total urban land area of the Lanxi urban agglomeration increased by 166.07 km^(2),and various types of urban land area showed an increasing trend.The diff erence in green space and square land among cities was shrinking,and the diff erence in land use for commercial service facilities was increasing.②The change characteristics of urban land structure off set are consistent among prefecture-level cities.The increasing land is commercial service facility land,road transportation facility land,public facility land,green space and square land.The attenuation land includes residential land,public management and public service land,industrial land,logistics and storage land.③In general,the change in urban land area is more consistent with the change in regional GDP,but there is an inconsistency with the urban population.
