黔西南州新型城镇化发展时空分异

摘要 为明确黔西南州新型城镇化发展进程及各县(市)的发展差异,本文从生产、生活、生态三个与城镇生活密切相关的方面选取指标,综合运用熵值法和专家打分法确定指标权重,构建新型城镇化评价指标体系;从时间和空间两个维度分析其新型城镇化发展水平差异。结果表明:①2012—2018年黔西南州新型城镇化整体发展水平不断提高,但依然处于较低水平;②新型城镇化各子系统间耦合度高,耦合协调度较低,协调发展水平不高;③黔西南州内部各县(市)的新型城镇化水平存在较大差异,兴义市发展水平为全州最高,兴仁市和贞丰县发展水平次之,册亨县、望谟县、晴隆县处于较低的发展水平,安龙县综合发展水平最低。 In order to make out the development process of new-type urbanization and the development diff erence of each county(city)in Qianxinan Prefecture,this research selects indicators from three aspects closely related to urban life,namely,production,living and ecology,and determines the weight of indicators by using entropy method and expert scoring method to construct the evaluation index system of new urbanization.The differences in the development level of new-type urbanization are analyzed from time and space dimensions.The results show that:(1)From 2012 to 2018,the overall development level of new urbanization in Qianxinan Prefecture has been improving,but it is still at a low level;(2)The coupling degree among the subsystems of new-type urbanization is high,the coupling coordination degree is low,and the coordinated development level is low.(3)There are great diff erences in the level of new-type urbanization among counties(cities)in Qianxinan Prefecture.The development level of Xingyi City is the highest in the whole prefecture,followed by Xingren City and Zhenfeng County,Ceheng County,Wangmo County and Qinglong County,and Anlong County has the lowest comprehensive development level.
