芍药甘草汤治疗不宁腿综合征研究进展

Research Progress of Peony and Licorice Decoction in the Treatment of Restless Legs Syndrome

芍药甘草汤具有解痉镇痛、抗感染、保肝、双向性调节等作用,可通过缓解肌肉痉挛、保护多巴胺能神经元等相关机制来达到治疗不宁腿综合征(restless legs syndrome,RLS)的目的。目前,关于芍药甘草汤治疗RLS具体机制的报道相对较少,缺乏基础实验研究,探究其分子机制难度较大,也缺乏多中心、大样本的临床研究及统一的疗效评价标准。因此,在今后的研究中应进行多中心、大样本的临床研究,逐步形成RLS治疗指南或专家共识,并制定疗效评价标准等;也可通过网络药理学等研究方式,通过多成分、多靶点的研究进一步分析RLS的相关分子机制。

Peony and Licorice Decoction has the functions of spasmolysis and analgesia,anti-inflammatory,nerve-muscle blocking,liver protection and two-way regulation.It can achieve the purpose of treating restless legs syndrome(RLS)by alleviating muscle spasm and protecting dopaminergic neurons.At present,there are relatively few reports on the specific mechanism of Peony and Licorice Decoction in the treatment of RLS,and lack of basic experimental research.It is difficult to explore its molecular mechanism,and lack of multi-center,large sample clinical research and unified efficacy evaluation criteria.Therefore,in the future research,multi-center and large sample clinical research should be carried out,RLS treatment guidelines or expert consensus should be gradually formed,and efficacy evaluation criteria should be formulated.The molecular mechanism of RLS can also be further analyzed through multi-component and multi-target research through network pharmacology and other research methods.
