2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂DHA与炎症因子相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation between serum phospholipid DHA and inflammatory factors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的 研究2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂DHA与炎症因子核因子-κB(NF-κB)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)是否具有相关性。方法 选取2019年10月至2021年1月期间浙江省绍兴市人民医院内分泌科收治的2型糖尿病患者53例(T2DM组)和2020年11~12月浙江省绍兴市人民医院体检中心健康者51例(NC组),用高效气相色谱法测定血清磷脂DHA,流式细胞仪检测NF-κB及IFN-γ水平。比较两组的血清磷脂DHA、NF-κB及IFN-γ水平,分析血清磷脂DHA与NF-κB、IFN-γ的相关性。结果 T2DM组NF-κB表达水平明显高于NC组[5.79(4.21,9.02)%vs. 1.81(1.26,4.18)%,P<0.01]。T2DM组IFN-γ浓度明显高于NC组[11.94(9.61,15.67)pg/ml vs. 7.51(6.37,9.48)pg/ml,P<0.01]。T2DM组血清磷脂DHA水平明显低于NC组[(4.57±1.30)%vs.(6.51±1.28)%],(P<0.01)。Spearman相关性分析示血清磷脂DHA与NF-κB、IFN-γ呈负相关(r=-0.294,-0.302,P均<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂DHA与健康者存在差异,血清磷脂DHA与NF-κB、IFN-γ呈负相关。 Objective To investigate the correlations between serum phospholipid DHA and inflammatory factors of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 53patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(the T2DM group) who were admitted to the Department of Secretion and Metabolism of Shaoxing People′s Hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 and 51 healthy subjects(the NC group)who were admitted to the Physical Examination Center of Shaoxing People′s Hospital from November to December 2020were selected. Serum phospholipid DHA was determined by the high-performance gas chromatography and NF-κB and IFN-γ levels were determined by the flow cytometry.Serum phospholipid DHA, NF-κB and IFN-γ levels were compared between the two groups,and the correlations between serum phospholipid DHA and NF-κB and IFN-γ were analyzed. Results The expression level of NF-κB in the T2DM group was significantly higher than that in the NC group[5.79(4.21, 9.02) % vs. 1.81(1.26, 4.18) %, P<0.01]. The IFN-γ concentration in the T2DM group was significantly higher than that in the NC group [11.94(9.61, 15.67)pg/ml vs. 7.51(6.37, 9.48) pg/ml,P<0.01]. The serum phospholipid DHA level in the T2DM group was significantly lower than that in the NC group [(4.57±1.30) % vs.(6.51±1.28) %,P<0.01].The Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum phospholipid DHA was negatively correlated with NF-κB and IFN-γ(r=-0.294,-0.302,P<0.01). Conclusion Serum phospholipid DHA of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients is different from that of healthy subjects, and serum phospholipid DHA is negatively correlated with NF-κB and IFN-γ.
