头面部刮痧对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者焦虑情绪的疗效观察

The observation of the efficacy of head and face scraping on anxiety in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy

目的 探讨头面部刮痧对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法 随机数字法选取2019年11月至2021年6月浙江省某两家三甲医院78例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者,分成对照组和试验组,每组39例,对照组实施常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上从入院至术前1 d每天给予头面部刮痧法1次,每次20 min,观察两组患者汉密尔顿焦虑(HAMA)量表、匹兹堡睡眠治疗指数(PSQI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)改善情况。结果 两组患者HAMA总分均较干预前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组较对照组下降明显。两组患者PSQI总分均较干预前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过比较两组干预后6、12、24 h VAS评分,试验组较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 术前头面部刮痧可以减轻腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者焦虑情绪,改善睡眠质量,加快缓解术后疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of head and face scraping on anxiety in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy. Methods A total of 78 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy in two tertiary hospitals in Zhejiang Province from November 2019 to June 2021 were selected by random number method and divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 39 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the experimental group was given head and face scraping once a day from the admission day to the day before surgery for 20 min each time on the basis of conventional nursing in the control group. The improvements in the Hamilton Anxiety(HAMA) Scale score, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) score, and Visual Analog Scale(VAS) score in both groups were observed. Results The total HAMA score in both groups after the intervention was lower than that before the intervention, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05), and the total HAMA score in the experimental group was more significantly decreased than that in the control group. The total PSQI score in both groups after the intervention was lower than that before the intervention, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The VAS scores at 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after the intervention in the experimental group were more significantly decreased than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative head and face scraping can alleviate anxiety, improve sleep quality and accelerate the relief of postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
