摘要
目的 探讨TFC+CBL教学模式在神经内科临床实践教学中的应用效果,为神经内科临床实践教学提供参考依据。方法 选择2019年8月至2021年5月,在郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院神经内科见习的本科学员作为研究对象,2016级、2017级见习生共100人作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(TFC+CBL教学)50人,对照组(传统教学)50人,比较两组学生理论知识成绩、临床诊疗能力测定,并对两组学生进行问卷调查。结果 结果显示试验组考试成绩及临床诊疗能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将TFC+CBL教学法应用到神经内科临床带教中,可显著提高见习生对神经病学的兴趣、学习效果及综合能力,提升教师的带教能力,增强了师生之间的交流沟通。
Objective To explore the application effect of TFC + CBL teaching model in neurology clinical practice teaching and provide reference for neurology clinical practice teaching. Methods From August 2019 to May 2021, 100 undergraduate trainees of grade 2016 and grade 2017 in the Department of Neurology of Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the experimental group(TFC + CBL teaching, n=50) and the control group(traditional teaching, n=50) according to the random number table.The theoretical knowledge scores and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of the two groups were compared, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among the two groups. Results The results showed that the examination score and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of TFC + CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of neurology can significantly improve the interest, learning effect and comprehensive ability of trainees in neurology,improve the teaching ability of teachers, and enhance the communication between teachers and students.
