青少年正畸患者对临床治疗依从性的临床观察及依从性对其矫治效果的观察

Clinical observation of Juvenile orthodontic patients'compliance to clinical therapy

目的探讨青少年正畸患者临床治疗依从性及其对其矫治效果的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年6月在博罗县人民医院口腔科接受治疗的正畸青少年患者72例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各36例,对照组行常规口腔健康宣教,在此基础上研究组行个体化护理干预。比较2组治疗效果,正畸治疗3个月时调查患者依从性。结果研究组按预约时间复诊、保持口腔卫生比例高于对照组,正畸过程中存在中断治疗、觉得疗程较长比例低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组总疗程时间为(15.58±2.39)个月,短于对照组的(18.42±3.57)个月,有统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组托槽脱落率、带环脱落损坏率、弓丝折断率(2.78%,2.78%,5.56%)较对照组低(22.22%,25.00%,22.22%),口腔卫生良好率(55.56%)较对照组高(25.00%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论青少年正畸患者治疗依从性相对较差,实施个体化护理可提高患者行为依从性,有助于提升矫治效果。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment compliance of adolescent orthodontic patients and its influence on the treatment effect.Methods A total of 72 adolescent orthodontic patients who were treated in the Department of Stomatology,Boluo County People's Hospital,Huizhou City,Guangdong Province from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected.The compliance of the patients was investigated at 3 months of orthodontic treatment,and the patients were divided into two groups according to a random number table,36 cases in each group.The control group received routine oral health education.On this basis,the study group received personalized nursing intervention.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results 72 patients had follow-up visits according to the appointment time in 54 patients(75.00%),54 patients(75.00%)maintained oral hygiene,18 patients(25.00%)interrupted treatment during the orthodontic process,30 patients felt that the treatment course was longer(41.67%),the study The proportion of the group who followed up at the appointment time and maintained oral hygiene was higher than that of the control group.The proportion of interrupted treatment and felt that the treatment course was longer during the orthodontic process was lower than that of the control group.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the total treatment time of the study group was(15.58±2.39)months,shorter than the control group(18.42±3.57)months,with statistical differences(P<0.05);the study group's bracket shedding rate,band ring shedding damage rate,arch wire breaking rate(2.78%,2.78%,5.56%)were lower than those of the control group(22.22%,25.00%,22.22%),and the rate of good oral hygiene(55.56%)was higher than that of the control group(55.56%),which was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment compliance of adolescent orthodontic patients is relatively poor,and the implementation of personalized nursing care can improve the patient's behavior compliance and help improve the treatment effect.
