摘要
食品安全事故是指食源性疾病、食品污染等源于食品对人体健康有危害或者可能有危害的事故。《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第一百零五条第三款对疾控机构应在食品安全事故中承担的职责作出了规定:发生食品安全事故,县级以上疾病预防控制机构应当对事故现场进行卫生处理,并对与事故有关的因素开展流行病学调查,有关部门应当予以协助。县级以上疾病预防控制机构应当向同级食品药品监督管理、卫生行政部门提交流行病学调查报告。本文对基层疾控机构食品安全事故流行病学调查处置问题进行了分析与探讨。
A food safety accident refers to an accident originating from food,such as foodborne disease or food contamination,which is hazardous or may be hazardous to human health.The food safety law of the People's Republic of China[1]to the third paragraph of article one hundred and five of the CDC should assume the responsibility of the made in food safety accident rules:food safety accidents,disease prevention and control institutions at or above the county level shall to sanitization of the scene of the accident,and the factors related to the accident to conduct epidemiological investigation,the relevant departments shall provide assistance.An institution for disease control and prevention at or above the county level shall submit an epidemiological investigation report to the food and drug regulatory department and the administrative department of health at the same level.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the epidemiological investigation and disposal of food safety accidents in grassroots DISEASE control institutions.
