青少年包皮过长和包茎与复发性泌尿系统感染的相关性调查

A survey of the correlation of redundant prepuce and phimosis with recurrent urinary tract infection in adolescents

目的探讨青少年包皮过长(RP)和包茎与复发性泌尿系统感染(RUTI)的相关性,并比较城市青少年和农村青少年RP和包茎的患病率。方法选取2019年9月至10月进行新生入学体检的一所全国招生高校的3800名男大学生(15~26岁)作为研究对象。采用问卷填写和体格检查相结合的形式进行RP和包茎与RUTI的相关性调查,分析调查结果。结果城市青少年RP和包茎患病率分别为51.08%、2.00%;农村青少年RP和包茎患病率分别为50.19%、5.82%;城市和农村有RP青少年的RUTI患病率均显著高于无RP青少年,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);城市和农村有包茎青少年的RUTI患病率均显著高于无包茎青少年,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论青少年RP和包茎与RUTI显著相关,城市青少年和农村青少年RP患病率均较高,农村青少年包茎的患病率明显高于城市青少年。

Objective To investigate the correlation of redundant prepuce(RP)and phimosis with recurrent urinary tract infection(RUTI)in adolescents,and compare the prevalence of RP and phimosis between urban and rural adolescents.Methods During September 2019 and October 2019,3,800 male college students aged 15 to 26 in an university were investigated on the correlation of RP and phimosis with RUTI by taking advantage of the opportunity of physical examination for young male college students.The survey was conducted using a combination of anonymous questionnaires and physical examination.Results The prevalence of RP and phimosis in urban adolescents were 51.08%and 2.00%,respectively.The prevalence of RP and phimosis in rural adolescents were 50.19%and 5.82%,respectively.The prevalence of RUTI with RP was significantly higher than that without RP in urban and rural adolescents(P<0.01).The prevalence of RUTI with phimosis was significantly higher than that without phimosis in in urban and rural adolescents(P<0.01).Conclusions RP and phimosis were significantly associated with RUTI.Both urban and rural adolescents had a high prevalence of RP,but the prevalence of adolescent phimosis in rural areas was significantly higher than that in urban adolescents.
