摘要
目的统计分析于北京市垂杨柳医院初次行外生殖器人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测的男性患者的HPV感染基因型与年龄分布特点,为男性HPV感染的预防、早期筛查及男性不育的诊断与治疗提供参考。方法选取2015年12月至2020年12月于北京市垂杨柳医院男科门诊初次行外生殖器HPV检测的776例男性患者的样本作为研究对象。采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)-反向点杂交法测定HPV的28种基因亚型,并分析HPV各亚型占比及HPV阳性患者的年龄分布情况。结果776例标本中,HPV阴性277例,阳性499例,总体阳性率64.3%(499/776)。在阳性标本中,单纯高危型HPV感染94例,占比18.83%(94/499);单纯低危型HPV感染183例,占比36.67%(183/499);高、低危HPV混合感染222例,占比44.49%(222/499)。高危型HPV中以16亚型(n=74)、52亚型(n=64)感染最为常见,低危型中以6亚型(n=123)、11亚型(n=84)感染最为常见。将阳性标本按年龄分为5组,18~30岁组170例,占比34.07%;31~40岁组185例,占比37.07%。结论北京东南地区男性HPV感染患者的年龄主要集中在18~40岁,且高、低危混合感染较为常见,基因分型中以6型、11型的低危亚型及16型、52型的高危亚型最为常见。
Objective The human papilloma virus(HPV)gene distribution and age distribution characteristics of male patients first time sampled for HPV were statistically analyzed in Beijing Chuiyangliu Hospital,so as to provide a reliable basis for the prevention,early screening and diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.Methods Samples from 776 patients who underwent HPV sampling for the first time in the Andrology Outpatient Department of Beijing Chuiyangliu Hospital from December 2015 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.28 gene subtypes of HPV were determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and reverse dot blot hybridization,and the proportion of HPV subtypes,HPV positivity and age distribution were analyzed.Results Of the 776 samples,277 were HPV negative and 499 were HPV positive,with a total positive rate of 64.3%(499/776).Of the positive samples,94(18.83%)were infected with high-risk HPV,183(36.67%)were infected with low-risk HPV,and 222(44.49%)were mixed infected with high-and low-risk HPV.Subtype 16(n=74)and 52(n=64)were the most common high-risk subtypes,while subtype 6(n=123)and 11(n=84)were the most common low-risk subtypes.The positive samples were divided into 5 groups according to age,170 cases were 18-30 years old group,accounting for 34.07%;185 cases(37.07%)in 31-40 years old group.Conclusions The age of male HPV infection patients in southeast Beijing mainly concentrated in 18-40 years old,and high-and low-risk mixed infection is more common,genotype 6,11 of low-risk subtypes and genotype 16,52 of high-risk subtypes are the most common.
