显微镜外环下精索静脉结扎日间手术效果分析

The effect of day operation for outer ring spermatic vein ligation under microscope

目的探讨显微镜外环下精索静脉结扎日间手术的可行性及优越性。方法选取2020年1月至6月北部战区总医院收治的60例行精索静脉曲张日间手术的患者作为观察组;选取2019年7月至12月北部战区总医院收治的80例行精索静脉曲张住院手术的患者作为对照组。比较两组的入院等待时间、手术时间、住院时间、治疗总费用、术后并发症(发热、恶心、尿潴留、术区疼痛、切口感染、切口血肿)发生情况、术后精液改善率、复发率。结果观察组的平均住院时间为(21.22±1.72)h,显著短于对照组的(100.21±25.52)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总费用为(6934.37±219.24)元,明显低于对照组的(9336.46±537.22)元,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组入院等待时间、手术时间、术后并发症发生率、术后精液改善率和复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论日间手术具有缩短患者住院时间、降低医疗费用的优势,显微镜外环下精索静脉结扎日间手术安全可行。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and superiority of day operation for outer ring spermatic vein ligation under microscope.Methods 60 patients with varicocele undergoing day surgery in General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from January to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed as the observation group,and 80 patients with varicocele undergoing in-hospital operation from July to December 2019 were selected as the control group.The waiting time for admission,operation time,hospitalization time,total treatment cost,postoperative complications(fever,nausea,urinary retention,pain in operation area,incision infection,incision hematoma),postoperative semen improvement rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The average hospital stay in the observation group was(21.22±1.72)h,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(100.21±25.52)h(P<0.05).The average treatment expenses in the observation group were(6,934.37±219.24)yuan,which were significantly lower than that in the control group(9,336.46±537.22)yuan(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in waiting time for admission,operation time,postoperative complications,semen improvement rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Day surgery has the advantage of reducing the hospital stay and medical expenses,and microscopic day surgery for varicocele is safe and feasible.
