授权教育结合情感安抚策略对前列腺癌术后患者心理弹性、并发症及性功能的影响

Effects of authorization education combined with emotional comfort strategies on psychological resilience,complications and sexual function in patients after prostate cancer surgery

目的探讨授权教育结合情感安抚策略对前列腺癌术后患者心理弹性、并发症及性功能的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月东南大学附属中大医院江北院区收治的78例前列腺癌患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各39例。两组均采用腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗,对照组术后给予常规健康宣教,观察组术后在对照组基础上采取授权教育结合情感安抚策略。比较两组心理弹性、并发症发生情况及性功能。结果干预后,观察组心理弹性评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分、性生活质量调查量表(SLQQ-QOL)评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论授权教育结合情感安抚策略能调节前列腺癌术后患者的心理弹性,减少并发症的发生,改善患者的性功能。

Objective To explore the effects of authorization education combined with emotional comfort strategies on psychological resilience,complications and sexual function in patients after prostate cancer surgery.Methods A total of 78 prostate cancer patients admitted to Jiangbei Hospital,Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University from October 2018 to October 2020 were enrolled as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.On this basis,control group was given routine health education,while observation group was additionally given authorization education combined with emotional comfort strategies.The psychological resilience,complications,and sexual function before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,scores of optimism,self-improvement and toughness,and total score in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),incidence of complications was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),scores of international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)and sexual life quality questionnaire-quality of life(SLQQ-QOL)were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The authorization education combined with emotional comfort strategies can adjust psychological resilience of patients after prostate cancer surgery,reduce complications and improve sexual function.
