会阴切开术是最常见的产科干预措施,其目的在于预防产妇会阴严重撕裂、保护盆底肌肉、缩短产程、保护胎儿等。但在会阴切口愈合的不同阶段可能出现的各种并发症会给产妇带来痛苦并降低其产后生活质量。因此,本文对会阴切开术及其并发症进行探讨,希望能为临床会阴切开术后如何护理提供参考。

Episiotomy is the most common obstetric intervention in the world,which aimed at preventing severe perineal tears,protecting pelvic floor muscles,shorting labor,and protecting the fetus.However,the complications at different stages of perineal incision healing may bring pain to the women and reduce the quality of postpartum life.Therefore,this review discussed episiotomy and complications,hoping to provide reference for the relevant research on post-episiotomy nursing.
