育龄期高校大学生生殖健康素养及生育规划的现状分析

Analysis on reproductive health literacy and reproductive life plan of college students in childbearing age

目的了解育龄期高校大学生群体生殖健康素养及生育规划现状,分析相关影响因素,为高校生殖健康教育课程的设置、妇幼保健部门开展相关工作提供参考。方法通过便利抽样法抽取824名育龄期高校大学生,采用自制问卷调查其生殖健康素养及生育规划,并进行数据分析。结果43.42%的高校大学生具备生殖健康素养,得分由高到低为生殖知识、行为、观念,性别、有无选修相关课程、是否有过不安全性生活史为影响生殖健康素养的独立因素(P<0.05);生殖规划中首要考虑的社会因素为国家生育政策。结论高校大学生的生殖健康素养水平偏低,但对国家生育政策有一定了解,学校及相关部门应有针对性地制定相关干预措施。

Objective To understand the reproductive health literacy and reproductive life plan of college students of childbearing age,analyze relevant influencing factors,and provide reference for the construction of reproductive health education courses in colleges and the relevant work of maternal and child health care departments.Methods 824 college students were sampled to investigate their reproductive health literacy and reproductive life plan using a self-made questionnaire,and to conduct statistical analysis.Results 43.42%of college students have reproductive health literacy,scoring from high to low to reproductive knowledge,behavior,concept.Gender,elective courses and unsafe life history are independent factors affecting reproductive health literacy(P<0.05).The first social factor for consideration in reproductive life plan is the national fertility policy.Conclusions College students′reproductive health literacy level is low,but they have a certain understanding of the national fertility policy,colleges and relevant departments should formulate relevant intervention measures.
