Research progress on the correlation between neuroinflammation and blood-brain barrier

神经炎症是一种发生在大脑中的炎症过程,参与许多神经系统疾病的发生和发展,这一炎症反应伴随着血-脑屏障的改变,同时血-脑屏障也是临床治疗中枢神经系统疾病干预的目标,致力于改善其通透性、降低药物无效运输以提高生物利用度仍是神经治疗学发展中的一大挑战。本文综述了神经炎症与血脑屏障的相关性研究,以期对中枢神经系统疾病的诊断和治疗提供帮助。

Neuroinflammation is an inflammatory process that occurs in the brain and participates in the occurrence and development of many nervous system diseases.This inflammatory reaction is accompanied by the change of blood-brain barrier.At the same time,blood-brain barrier is also the goal of clinical intervention in the treatment of central nervous system diseases.It is still a major challenge in the development of neurotherapy to improve its permeability,reduce drug ineffective transport and improve bioavailability.This paper reviews the correlation between neuroinflammation and blood-brain barrier,in order to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system diseases.
