签约式健康管理联合动机访谈对脑卒中高危人群的干预效果评价

摘要 目的就签约式健康管理联合动机访谈对脑卒中高危人群的干预效果进行评价分析。方法选取2017年8月—2019年8月在河西学院附属张掖人民医院前期筛查的脑卒中高危人群78例为本次研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组39例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用签约式健康管理联合动机访谈护理干预,对比2组脑卒中高危人群对于脑卒中防治知识的认知得分、干预前后的不良生活方式情况。结果研究组对于脑卒中防治知识的认知总分较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组干预后不良生活方式占比较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论签约式健康管理联合动机访谈可让脑卒中高危人群意识到健康生活方式的重要性,发挥主观能动性,有利于改善不良生活方式,值得临床推广。 Objective To evaluate and analyze the intervention effects of contracted health management combined with motivational interviews on people at high risk of stroke.Methods 78 people at high risk of stroke who were screened in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the study group used contracted health management combined with motivational interview nursing intervention.The cognitive scores in stroke prevention and treatment knowledge and the existence of unhealthy lifestyles before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total cognitive score of stroke prevention and treatment knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the existence of adverse lifestyle in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Contracted health management combined with motivational interviews can make people at high risk of stroke realize the importance of a healthy lifestyle,give full play to their subjective initiative,and help improve the unhealthy lifestyle of people at high risk of stroke.It is worthy of clinical research.
