责任制小组护理模式对预防高血压脑出血患者术后肺部感染的作用研究

Effect of responsibility group nursing mode on prevention of postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析责任小组护理模式对预防高血压脑出血患者术后肺部感染的作用。方法选取山东大学齐鲁医院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的高血压脑出血患者136例,随机分为2组,各68例,常规组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取责任制小组护理模式干预。比较2组患者的临床症状、气管置管时间、肺部感染情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者总有效率、护理满意度均明显高于对照组,肺部感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者气管置管时长、ICU治疗时长明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血患者采取责任小组制护理模式,能更快地帮助患者恢复,降低肺部感染率,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of responsibility group nursing mode on preventing postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 136 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,68 cases in the control group and 68 cases in the observation group.Conventional nursing intervention was adopted in the conventional group,and responsibility group nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group on this basis.The clinical symptoms,time of tracheal intubation and pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The effective rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of pulmonary infection was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of tracheal intubation and ICU treatment in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility group nursing mode for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients can help patients recover faster,reduce the pulmonary infection rate of patients,and has a strong clinical application value.
