预见性护理在膝关节镜手术护理配合中的应用

Application of predictive nursing in nursing cooperation of knee arthroscopy

目的探讨预见性护理在膝关节镜手术护理配合中的应用效果。方法将2018年6月—2020年10月射阳县人民医院收治的55例膝关节疾病患者纳入本次研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为2组,2组均接受膝关节镜手术治疗,对照组28例行常规手术护理配合,观察组在手术护理配合中实施预见性护理模式。对比2组手术情况和术后住院时间、疼痛评分,评估患者膝关节活动情况,同时采用Lysholm评分量表对手术前后患者膝关节功能改善情况进行评估,统计术后神经血管损伤、切口感染、膝关节水肿、关节疼痛等并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者手术时间和住院时间更短,术中出血量更少,术后24 h疼痛评分更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。护理干预后观察组患者膝关节活动度以及膝关节Lysholm评分优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组术后神经血管损伤、切口感染、膝关节水肿、关节疼痛等并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜手术过程中开展预见性护理可以有效提高手术效率,缩短手术时间并减少手术损伤,降低术后并发症发生率,加快患者术后康复,改善膝关节功能。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of predictive nursing in the nursing cooperation of knee arthroscopy.Methods Fifty-five patients with knee joint disease admitted from June 2018 to October 2020 were included in this study,and they were divided into two groups by random number drawing method.Both groups received knee arthroscopic surgery.The control group 28 patients underwent routine surgical nursing cooperation.The observation group implemented a predictive nursing model in surgical nursing cooperation.The operation conditions,postoperative hospital stay and pain scores were compared between the two groups,and the knee joint activity of the patients was evaluated.The improvement of knee joint function of patients was evaluated before and after,and the incidence of postoperative complications such as neurovascular injury,incision infection,knee edema,and joint pain was counted.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had shorter operation time and hospital stay,less intraoperative blood loss,and lower pain scores at 24 hours after surgery.There was a significant difference in data between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the observation group's knee joint range of motion and knee Lysholm score were better than those of the control group during the same period.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);the observation group had neurovascular injury,incision infection,knee edema,joint pain,etc.The complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference in data between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing during knee arthroscopic surgery can effectively improve the efficiency of the operation,shorten the operation time and reduce surgical damage,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and speed up the recovery of patients;at the same time,the cooperation of predictive nursing can effectively improve the operation Quality,improve the knee joint function of patients.
