低频电刺激结合康复训练对前列腺电切术患者下尿路症状康复效果的影响分析

Effect of low frequency electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on rehabilitation of lower urinary tract symptoms in patients undergoing electroresection of prostate

目的探讨低频电刺激结合康复训练在前列腺电切术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年2月—2020年10月于东莞三局医院择期行前列腺电切术的前列腺增生患者120例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组各60例。对照组采取常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上加用低频电刺激进行干预,对比2组下尿路症状严重程度、尿失禁程度及前列腺症状评分情况。结果干预后,观察组下尿路症状明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者漏尿次数评分、漏尿量评分、IPSS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后漏尿次数评分、漏尿量评分均低于对照组,IPSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频电刺激结合康复训练在前列腺电切术患者下尿路症状康复中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效减轻下尿路症状,改善尿失禁情况,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training in patients undergoing electroprostatectomy.Methods 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent elective prostatectomy in Dongguan Third Bureau hospital from February 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was intervened with low-frequency electrical stimulation on this basis.The severity of lower urinary tract symptoms,the degree of urinary incontinence and the score of prostate symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the lower urinary tract symptoms in the observation group were significantly lighter than those in the control group(P<0.05);Before intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in urine leakage times score,urine leakage volume score and IPSS score(P>0.05);After the intervention,the scores of urine leakage times and urine leakage volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the IPSS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low frequency electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training has a good application effect in the rehabilitation of lower urinary tract symptoms of patients undergoing electroprostatectomy,which can effectively relieve lower urinary tract symptoms and improve urinary incontinence.
