Premature ejaculation is a common disease in male outpatient clinics,belonging to the category of male sexual dysfunction and ejaculation dysfunction.The incidence increases year by year,showing a trend of younger age.It has a certain impact on men’s physical and mental health and family life.People pay more and more attention to the study of premature ejaculation.At present,the medical community for the treatment of premature ejaculation is complex and diverse,lack of standardized treatment consensus,and in urgent need of strengthening in-depth research.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in treating premature ejaculation.According to years of clinical treatment practice,Professor Zhuang Tiantian formed a unique TCM syndrome differentiation thinking.On the basis of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of zang-fu viscera,he combined with the related microscopic causes and mechanisms to improve the corresponding treatment methods,and flexibly used the prescription,adding or subtracting as appropriate.He made full use of the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and achieved good results in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of premature ejaculation from the perspectives of heart,liver and kidney,qi and blood,and cold and heat,which was combined with psychological therapy and dietary regulation.
