摘要
苯、甲苯和二甲苯(BTX)等芳烃是重要的化工原料,近年来我国芳烃消费量快速增长,苯与合成气制芳烃技术能充分利用我国丰富的煤炭资源,兼具流程短和成本低的优势,逐渐成为研究热点。综述苯与合成气烷基化制芳烃近年来的研究进展,详细介绍复合催化剂催化合成气与苯生成芳烃的可能反应路径,探讨金属/金属氧化物和ZSM-5分子筛的协同耦合作用以及反应条件的影响,为下一步研究方向提供建议。
Aromatics such as benzene,toluene and xylene(BTX)are important chemical raw materials.In recent years,the consumption of aromatics in China are growing rapidly.The benzene and syngas to aromatics route,with advantages of short process and lower cost and making full use of abundant coal resources in China,gradually become a focus of researches.In this article,the latest researches in alkylation of benzene and syngas to aromatics are reviewed.The possible reaction pathways for alkylation of benzene and syngas over composite catalysts are described.The coupling effect between metal/metal oxides and ZSM-5 molecular sieve and the influence of reaction condition are discussed as well.Suggestions are made on future researches.
