摘要
通过调变合成条件,制备多种不同孔结构和机械强度的球形氧化铝载体。结果表明,随着酸含量的增加,载体的吸水率不断下降,机械强度先增大后减小,适宜的酸质量分数为2.5%;提高水粉质量比可使载体的吸水率提高,而强度先增大后减小,水粉质量比控制1.3为宜;两种原料混合可制备出性能更佳的球形氧化铝载体;适当提高载体的焙烧温度可扩大载体的孔径。
A variety of spherical alumina carriers with different pore structure and mechanical strength were prepared by adjusting the synthesis condition.The results showed that with the increase of acid content,water absorption of the carrier decreased,the mechanical strength increased first and then decreased with acid content,and the appropriate acid content was 2.5%.Water absorption of the carrier could be increased by increasing water/powder ratio,while the strength increased first and then decreased with water/powder ratio,and the appropriate water/powder ratio was 1.3.The spherical alumina carrier with better performance could be prepared bymixing the two materials.Appropriately increasing calcination temperature of the carrier could enlarge its pore size.
