摘要
阐述了山东能源集团陈蛮庄选煤厂建厂后粗煤泥分选系统存在精煤灰分超标、尾矿跑煤的问题。该厂通过技术会诊确定了粗煤泥系统的技改方案,利用TCS替换原有TBS粗煤泥分选机,并取得了较好的效果。
This paper analyzes the problems of excessive ash content of clean coal and coal running from tailings in the coarse slime separation system after the construction of coal preparation plant of Shandong Energy Group Co.,Ltd.In Chenman village.Through technical consultation,the plant determined the technical transformation scheme of coarse slime system,replaced the original TBS Coarse Slime Separator with TCS,achieving good results.
