介绍了斜沟选煤厂原煤破碎机齿辊截齿和隔圈调整的方案及原理,分析了破碎机调试过程中频繁卡堵、跳闸的原因,通过在两截齿间增加1块60 mm宽度隔圈,同时调整两齿辊轴上相对应齿牙的角度,解决了卡堵问题。

This paper introduces the scheme and the principle of the adjustment of the tooth pick and the separator ring of the raw coal crusher in the skew ditch coal preparation plant,and analyzes the reasons of the frequent blocking and tripping during the adjustment of the crusher,the results show that the problem of blocking can be solved by adding a 60mm width spacer between the two teeth and adjusting the corresponding tooth angle on the two teeth roller.
