“双碳”形势下煤电联营企业转型思路分析

Analysis of transformation thinking of coal-electricity joint venture under the situation of“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”

在“双碳”目标背景下,通过分析煤电联营企业整个产业链条的能源结构、能耗情况、面临的形势及存在的问题,总结了国家大环境下各个时期的能源结构调整和产业布局;以中煤大同公司为例,通过梳理企业现状、对标先进能耗指标,找出电厂节能升级改造空间,从加大智能化投入、布局新能源、增加森林碳汇和做好碳资产、碳市场管理等方面进行了分析,对煤电联营企业在“双碳”目标下的转型提供思路。

Under the background of“double carbon”,by analyzing the energy structure,energy consumption,current situation and existing problems of the whole industrial chain of coal-electricity joint ventures,this paper studies the energy structure adjustment and industrial layout in each period in domestic environment.Then,taking China Coal Datong Energy Company as an example,this paper finds out the space for energy-saving upgrading and transformation of power plants by combing the current situation of enterprises and advanced energy consumption indicators,and analyzes it from the aspects of increasing high-tech investment,arranging new energy,increasing forest carbon sink,managing carbon assets and carbon market,so as to provide thinking for the transformation of coal-electricity joint ventures under the goal of“double carbon”.
