Analysis and Optimization of Noise Transfer Function of TB Model of a Pickup Truck

文章基于某款皮卡的Trimmed Body有限元模型噪声传递函数不达标问题,通过模态贡献量分析与面板贡献量分析找出引起噪声传递函数峰值的原因,并结合模态振型及ODS分析提出优化方案。对比优化前后的噪声传递函数结果,发现优化改进后噪声传递函数的峰值明显降低。文章总结的噪声传递函数峰值的诊断方法及优化方法,对于噪声传递函数的诊断和优化具有一定的参考意义。

Based on the problem of the noise transfer function of the Trimmed Body finite element model of a pickup truck is not up to standard,the cause of peak noise transfer function is found out through the modal contribution as well as the panel contribution analysis.Combined with model shape and ODS analysis,the optimization scheme is proposed.Contrasting the noise transfer function results before and after optimization,it is showed that the optimization peak noise transfer function is decreased obviously after improvement.The peak diagnosis method and optimization method of noise transfer function summarized in this paper has a certain reference significance for the diagnosis and optimization of the noise transfer function.
