摘要
汽车座椅舒适性的判断主要依据客观评估与主观评估的方法,其对时间和成本的投入有特定需求。文章通过计算机仿真模拟的方法,建立人体和座椅的人机交互界面,对几项主要的舒适性客观试验进行了仿真分析,通过对比仿真与实物试验的结果,确定了仿真方法的可行性和可靠性。因此,在产品设计阶段,能够根据仿真模拟的结果和人-椅界面的体压分布规律进行座椅数据模型的优化,为汽车座椅舒适性的提升提供了有力的科学依据,对整车开发有着重要的作用。
The judgment of automobile seat comfort is mainly based on objective and subjective evaluation methods,which has specific requirements for time and cost investment.The human-computer interaction interface is established between human body and seat through computer simulation method,and the simulation analysis of several main comfort objective tests is carried out.By comparing the results of simulation and physical test,this paper determines the feasibility and reliability of the simulation method.So,during the seat product design phase,CAE can be used to simulate the pressure mapping in the seat interaction interface to optimize the complete seat CAD model.It can provide technical evidence for improving the vehicle seat comfort and plays an important role in the whole vehicle development phase.
