摘要 阐述了邯郸洗选厂主洗矿—梧桐庄矿,因矿井过断层,导致原煤煤质变差,浮选入料中高灰细泥含量升高10%左右,煤泥灰分升高6%左右,浮选效果变差;另外,吨原煤浮选油耗比厂考核值高0.18 kg、平均油比高达15∶1以上,浮选尾煤灰分由原来的70%降低至65%。为改善浮选效果,调整入浮粒度组成,改善浮选指标,降低浮选药耗,通过正交试验摸索出最佳的药剂制度:吨煤泥的捕收剂用量为0.7 kg、起泡剂用量为0.1 kg,油比为7∶1。以试验结果为指导,进行了生产药剂制度的调整,调整后药剂用量比原来降低1/3,油比由原来的17∶1降低至7∶1,浮选精煤合格的前提下,浮选尾煤灰分由65%升高至70%以上。 The main washing mine of Handan preparation plant,Wutongzhuang Mine,is passing through the fault zone,which leads to a worse quality of raw coal.As a results,the content of high-ash fine fraction and ash content of flotation feed increases by about 10%and 6%,respectively.In addition,the flotation reagent consumption is 0.18 kg/t higher than the assessment requirement.And the average ratio of collector and frother is as high as 15∶1.Meanwhile,the ash content of flotation tailings is reduced from the original 70%to 65%.In order to improve the flotation effect,adjust the composition of the flotation granularity,improve the flotation performance,and reduce the reagent consumption,a series of flotation orthogonal tests were conducted.The optimum outcome of collector and frother reaches at 0.7 kg/t and 0.1kg/t,respectively.Guided by trial results,the reagent consumption of the plant reduced by 1/3 and the ratio of collector and frother reduced from 17∶1 to 7∶1.As a result,the ash content of coal tailings increased from 65%to over 70%under the premise that clean coal products are qualified.
