摘要
岱庄选煤厂重介选煤系统中由于循环水粒度超限,导致生产过程中,喷嘴经常堵塞,影响磁选机的介质回收效果,产品脱介筛的脱泥脱介效果变差,直接影响产品质量,降低了精煤产率。通过积极选用循环水除杂装置,改善了循环水水质,提高了产品煤质量及介质回收效果。
In the process of production,because the particle size of circulating water exceeds the limit in the dense medium coal preparation system of Daizhuang coal preparation plant,the nozzle is often blocked,which affects the medium recovery effect of magnetic separator,and the desliming and removing medium effect of product vibrating screen becomes worse,which directly affects the product quality,reduced the yield of clean coal.The quality of circulating water is improved and the quality of product coal and the effect of medium recovery are improved by actively selecting the device for removing impurities from circulating water.
