摘要
阐述了太原选煤厂配煤基地高黏结瘦煤新产品的研发情况,配煤新产品极大地缓解了山西焦煤集团内部滞销煤的问题,充分发挥了太原选煤厂洗选及配煤能力,促进了集团公司精煤战略的落实。配煤新产品的研发,实现了企业工作精细化、服务精准化、管理精益化、团队专业化的“三精四化”合作运营模式,为集团公司丰富配煤产品种类,深入配煤领域研究,提高产品综合价值,开拓配煤产品新市场,提升品牌效益,起到指引性的作用。
The research and development and stable operation of new products of high-cohesive and lean coal in the blending base of Taiyuan Coal Preparation plant have greatly alleviated the problem of unmarketable coal in Shanxi Coking Coal Group,and have given full play to the washing and blending capacity of Taiyuan coal preparation plant,promoting the implementation of Clean Coal Strategy of Group Company.The research and development of new coal blending products has realized the“Three-fine and four-fine”cooperative operation mode of enterprise’s work refinement,service refinement,management refinement and team specialization.For the group company to enrich the types of coal blending products,in-depth research in the field of coal blending,improve the comprehensive value of products,open up new markets for coal blending products,increase market share,and enhance brand efficiency,the Development Direction of“Three leading forces”plays a guiding role.
