With the continuous development of China's coal preparation industry,the coal preparation plant is changing from the traditional labor-intensive industry to the automatic and intelligent industry mode.This paper summarizes the improvement process of centralized control construction of Shunhe coal preparation plant and analyzes the optimization reform mode of management mode,so as to provide ideas for the optimization and transformation of coal preparation plant.
