中煤大同塔山煤矿煤矸石从“负能量”到“赋能量”的治理实践 被引量:2

摘要 中煤大同塔山煤矿为了解决露天堆放的“无主”矸石对周围生态的环境的破坏和最大限度的释放剩余库容,决定对这部分矸石进行合规化处置。治理团队因地制宜提出了科学、经济、环保的综合治理措施,实现了煤矸石从乱丢乱倒到标准化治理的变革,提高了矿区经济、社会和环境效益,实现了人类生产活动与环境和谐可持续发展的互利共存。 The coal gangue stacked in the open air not only has a serious negative impact on the surrounding environmental space,ecosystem and land resources,but also the leaching water formed under the action of rainwater directly destroys the soil,vegetation and water system around the storage yard.In addition,the spontaneous combustion of coal gangue emits harmful gases or smoke such as sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,carbon oxides and smoke and dust to varying degrees,which further aggravates the local atmospheric environmental pollution and seriously affects the living environment of residents in the mining area.As for the Tashan Coal Mine in Datong,China coal,in order to solve the continuous damage to the surrounding ecological environment caused by the“ownerless”gangues stacked in the open air and maximize the release of the remaining storage capacity,these ownerless gangues are subject to standardized disposal.The comprehensive treatment measures of science,economy and environmental protection were put forward by the management team according to local conditions.The transformation of coal gangue from littering to standardized treatment has improved the economic,social and environmental benefits of the mining area,and realized the mutually beneficial coexistence of harmonious and sustainable development of human production activities and the environment.
