根盾技术在上颌单颗前牙即刻种植修复中的应用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Root Shield Technique in Immediate Implant Restoration of Single Maxillary Anterior Tooth

分析上颌单颗前牙即刻种植修复中采取根盾技术的作用效果,为后续的临床干预提供科学参考。选取30例患者,手术治疗中利用根盾技术种植牙根屏障,随访6个月分析种植修复效果。结果表明,种植体无动度、患者无明显疼痛等症状;使用白色美学指数(WES)分析美学情况,6个月后PES得分为(6.23±0.74)分;唇侧牙龈高度、根部突出等得分均优于修复完成时。在上颌单颗前牙即刻种植修复治疗中,使用根盾技术可以有效保留牙周膜,规避血运不足而引起唇侧骨板吸收等情况。

The study analyzes the effect of root shield technique in immediate implant restoration of single maxillary anterior tooth to provide scientific reference for clinical intervention.30 patients are selected,and they are treated with root shield technique in tooth root protective screen.Implant restoration effect in 6-month follow-up is analyzed.The results show that the implant is immobile,and there is no obvious pain in patients.WES is used to analyze aesthetics situation,and PES after 6 month is(6.23±0.74).The scores of lip gingival height and root outstanding are significantly better than the completion of repair.In the treatment of immediate implant restoration of single maxillary anterior tooth,the root shield technique can effectively reserve parodontium,avoid labial bone plate absorption caused by insufficient blood supply.
