妊娠期糖耐量异常孕妇的产科门诊护理干预效果评价

Evaluation of Obstetric Out-patient Nursing Intervention in Pregnant Women with Abnormal Glucose Tolerance

探讨妊娠期糖耐量异常孕妇的产科门诊护理干预效果。选取来我院就诊的86例妊娠期糖耐量异常孕妇,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,包括临床监测、健康教育等;观察组采用产科门诊护理干预,如心理、饮食、运动等多层面的护理干预,对比两组孕妇护理后的血糖变化和预后情况。干预前,两组孕妇的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖经对比差异不显著(P>0.05);干预4周后,观察组的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产科门诊护理干预能有效控制妊娠期糖耐量异常孕妇的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平,降低相关并发症的发生率。

The study explores the obstetric out-patient nursing intervention in pregnant women with abnormal glucose tolerance.86 pregnant women with abnormal glucose tolerance in the hospital are selected,and they are randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group receive routine nursing,including clinical supervision and health education,etc.Observation group receive obstetric out-patient nursing intervention,such as psychological,diet and exercise nursing intervention.Blood glucose change and prognosis situation of two groups after nursing are compared.Before intervention,there is no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h blood glucose after dinner of two groups(P>0.05).After 4-week intervention,fasting blood glucose and 2 h blood glucose after dinner of observation group are significantly lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Complication rate of observation group is significantly lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Through obstetric out-patient nursing intervention,we can effectively control the fasting blood glucose and 2 h blood glucose level after dinner of pregnant women with abnormal glucose tolerance,and reduce the complication rate.
