高校实验室安全管理实践与探索——以华中农业大学园艺学科实验室为例

Practice and Exploration of University Laboratory Safety Management——Through Taking Horticultural Science Laboratory,Huazhong Agricultural University as an Example

为实现实验室的安全高效运行,以华中农业大学园艺学科实验室为例,指出了实验室安全管理面临的问题和挑战,提出健全安全管理制度,加强安全教育培训,实施实验室分类管理,做好常态化安全检查和监督管理,完善设施,精细化危险化学品的日常管理,加强实验室精神文化和行为文化建设。以建立服务优质的实验室安全管理体系,保障实验教学实践创新和科研质量。

In order to achieve the safe and efficient operation of the laboratory,the study takes Horticultural Science Laboratory,Huazhong Agricultural University as an example,and points out the problems and challenges of the safety management of the laboratory.It is suggested to perfect safety management system,strengthen safety education training,implement laboratory classification management,do well in normalization safety examination and supervision management,perfect facilities,refine the daily management of dangerous chemicals,and promote laboratory spirit and behavior culture construction,to establish laboratory safety management system of good service quality,and to guarantee the innovation of experiment teaching practice and the quality of scientific research.
