煤矿开采的巷道布置与采煤工艺技术探析

Exploration of Roadway Layout and Mining Technology in Coal Mining

为加强煤矿开采技术管理,促进煤矿开采效率的提升,指出了煤矿开采中存在的问题,包括缺乏合理的巷道布置方案设计,钻孔质量得不到保障。应做好煤层回采、采区上山区域、残煤开采的巷道布置,做好开采施工前的准备,利用割煤工艺技术、装煤工艺技术、移架操作工艺技术,设计科学合理的开采方案,保障采煤安全,保护环境,提高采煤效率。未来,应深入探索更加科学的巷道设置方案和采煤工艺技术,避免采煤工作出现安全问题,促进我国采煤行业的稳定发展。

In order to promote the management of coal mining technology,and promote the coal mining efficiency,the study points out the problems of coal mining,including the lack of rational roadway layout schedule design and guarantee of drill quality.It is suggested to do well in roadway layout of coal seam mining,uphill area of mining area and residual coal mining;prepare before mining construction;utilize coal cutting and loading,shelf remove operation technology,design scientific and rational mining schedule,guarantee coal mining safety,protect environment,and improve coal mining efficiency.In the future,it is suggested to deeply explore more scientific roadway layout and coal mining technology,avoid the hazard of coal mining,and promote the steady development of coal mining industry in China.
