摘要 为了提升煤矿综采效率,分析了影响煤矿综采工作面回采效率的主要因素,包括煤层结构及其稳定性,工作面回采技术水平,提出了提高煤矿综采工作面回采效率的有效途径:优化回采前的煤矿盘区设计,加强对煤层地质条件勘察,提高综采工作面回采参数的准确性,做好煤矿综采工作面回采工艺的选择,优化现场设备与技术推广,调整工作方式,减少煤炭量损失,针对煤层构造应力完善安全预防措施,建立完善的资源回收管理体系。应加强对回采工作的重视,立足市场实际情况,提高煤矿综采工作面回采的整体效率,不断创新设计采煤方式,充分利用现代技术优势,实现煤矿综采效率与质量提升。 In order to improve mining efficiency of coal mine,the study analyzes the main influencing factors of the mining efficiency of fully mechanized coal face,including coal seam structure and its stability,mining technology level of fully mechanized coal face;and proposes the effective pathway for the improvement of the mining efficiency of fully mechanized coal face,i.e.to optimize the coal mine area design before mining,strengthen the exploration of coal seam geological conditions,improve the accuracy of fully mechanized coal face parameters,select fully mechanized coal face of coal mine,optimize site plants and promote technology,adjust working mode,reduce the loss of coal mine,perfect safety prevention measures according to coal seam tectonic stress,and establish perfect resource recovery management system.It is suggested to pay attention to mining,improve the overall efficiency of coal mine fully mechanized coal face of coal mine,continuously innovate mining mode,fully utilize technological advantages,and improve the efficiency and quality of fully mechanized coal mining.
